Allow me to reintroduce myself! My name is Terrah LP, and I am here to make your life a tad bit easier (you’re welcome – lol). So, last week I did not post, because I was super busy with something hopefully I can talk about soon! However, I thought after a bi-week, I should give you all a post so beneficial to your Instagram journey. This year, I have been focusing more on scheduling content and social media organization, and I can honestly say it has helped me so much!
So, friends let’s get real. Do you schedule content? I am not going to lie to you and act like I’ve scheduled content throughout my entire blogging/social media, because I have not. I tried, but nothing stuck with me. One day, I was like I really need to start creating my own content calendars (this came to mind after getting an IG content calendar from my friend Wendy).
In May, it was my first time creating and using my personally created content calendar. I did something a little different with my calendar. My method combines my calendar to showcase what days I will post on Instagram (plus the topic of my captions), my blog post topics, and when I will schedule on Tailwind. That’s what I realized works best for me versus having three (or more) organizers. Although everyone is different and you have to do what works for you.

HOW TO CREATE SOCIAL MEDIA ORGANIZATION ON INSTAGRAM

I’ve mentioned Tailwind before to you all, but today I want to talk to you about how much I’ve loved the updates they have on Instagram!
Where do I get started?!
So I get it because I’ve been in those same shoes and social media organization can be so overwhelming at times.
When creating your perfect Instagram post (I mentioned before), you can schedule it on Tailwind.
Originally, with Tailwind, you were able to schedule what day you wanted to post your photo, write your caption, and create your hashtags. Don’t worry that did not change! It just got better.
The new updates that Tailwind for Instagram can:
Auto-posting (it really works!) – since you will be auto-posting your hashtags will automatically be posted as your first comment
I hope I did not confuse you, but if I did, check this out. (I will use this screenshot to elaborate on multiple new functions)
You see the box that has “post hashtags in the first comment?” Make sure you check that box and when your photo auto post then your hashtags will go in the first comment. That is pretty awesome, right?!
So, of course, that means you no longer have to copy the hashtags and wait until after you post your photo onto Instagram to leave the hashtag comment! I love it so much – lol
I know you all remember that Tailwind for Instagram gives you suggested hashtags and it labels it for you as niche, good, best, and competitive.
**wait – did I mention you can save your hashtags and create your own hashtag lists**
